Love

Individual Therapy

You can't put a price on health or happiness but you can engage in activities that promote it. Everyone experiences periods of stress and suffering at points in life. Engaging in therapy is a sign that you value your wellbeing and would like to speed up your recovery from illness or simply to engage in positive psychology and self-growth. My extensive experience and training means I can tailor therapy to help you meet goals, big or small, and work towards a life of value. Contact me today and let me help you find the best in yourself.

Couples Therapy

My couples counselling utilises Russ Harris' ACT with love principles along with self-care and communication skill building to help couples grow their love and overcome their obstacles. Get in touch to make a booking

Family Therapy

In family therapy I invite parents, loved ones or caregivers into the therapy session to support each other in recovery. I do not pathologise or blame family members; I simply work with all family members to upskill them in being a resource for each other and working as a cohesive unit.

Group therapy is a cost-effective way to receive education and support. Group Therapy in Person

Some of our groups are conducted in person and contain embodied approaches that require movement and guidance not supported by an online environment.

Many people find group therapy to be a powerful way to find support and solidarity within a guided and structured setting. It can help people with skill building and motivation and is also more affordable than individual therapy.

Downward Dog

Yoga

Yoga is not a substitute for therapy, but it is widely recognized as a useful practice for promoting skills that contribute to stress reduction, vagus nerve activation, and enhanced resilience. Dr. Bessel van der Kolk, famous author of The Body Keeps the Score, also promotes yoga as tremendously beneficial in recovery from trauma.

Yoga classes will run weekly on Tuesday's at 10:30am at Dapto Ribbonwood Centre from 6/8/2024 onwards in their lovely Kurrajong Hall.
