We offer several service delivery options each with their own benefits. The Services Page outlines more information about what to expect from Individual, Family or Couples counseling. Fee's and Rebates outlines possible costs. You can also call Esther to discuss the options in more detail to determine which option suits you. For Group Therapy Bookings and Yoga Classes you will need to contact Esther and book directly via email or phone.
Individual Therapy
Exercise and time spent outdoors are encouraged within a vast array of therapy styles and have been shown to not only have physical health benefits but also to benefit mood and help correct sleep patterns. Â In this therapy approach you combine the benefits of behavioural activation into your therapy. This approach is perfect for the time poor and those with anxiety and the relaxing natural setting and fresh air are additional benefits of this approach to therapy delivery.
Home Visit Therapy
Familys, Couples or Individuals
In-Home Therapy ensures the skills learned in the therapy session transfer readily to your daily life. Save yourself travel time and utilise the comfort and privacy of your own home to make the most of your therapy as I will come to you. I will work with you to develop a therapy plan that works for you. Home visits are particularly suited for family therapy as avoiding car trips and child minding cuts out an extra organizational steps. Home is also often where families feel most secure and able to open up to the therapy process.
Telehealth Online Therapy
Families, Couples or Individuals
Telehealth therapy conducted by Video call or phone offers a COVID safe option. Telehealth's time saving benefits can be especially suited to families who would otherwise struggle to attend due to child care commitments. While we take care to protect your privacy and use encrypted video software, you should be aware that all online therapy and email communications have more privacy vulnerability's than in-person appointments.

Therapy Groups for Adults

Duration: 1.5 hours for 10 weeks total split into 2 x 5 weeks blocks.
Cost: $70 per session with rebates available.

Group therapy is a cost-effective way to learn new skills and practice them within the midst of a supportive and motivating group environment. It also offers the added benefit of requiring less intense personal disclosure than individual therapy often demands. We offer both online and in-person groups run by registered psychologists.
Yoga for Mind and Body
Mental Health Informed Yoga
Yoga classes with run weekly on Tuesday's at 10:30am at Dapto Ribbonwood Centre from 6/8/2024 onwards in their lovely Kurrajong Hall.
Cost for a single session is $24 however 5/10 and 20 class passess substantially discount the rate and discounts also apply to centrelink healthcare card holders.
Yoga helps promote mind-body connection and healing in addition to skills for meditation, mindfulness, acceptance, self-compassion, and vagus nerve activation.
We provide yoga classes that are mental health-informed and body positive. You will not need prior experience, flexibility, or fitness, and you will not be expected to perform like a gymnast. Slow and gentle poses are what you can expect.
